Lot 3 and Lot 4 - subsistence allowances
Please could you clarify whether the payment of subsistence allowances is forecasted under LOT4, or LOT3 services? Subsistence allowances are described in the document „Rules for reimbursement of travel, subsistence allowances and other expenses for participants in the meetings organised by the European Labour Authority“, but not mentioned in the Tender Specifications requirements, neither the Financial Form for LOT3, or LOT4.

Subject to prior agreement from ELA, only those travel and subsistence expenses for Contractor’s staff that will be required to be present during an event will be reimbursed in accordance with the ELA’s rules on reimbursement for travel as mentioned in Annex 7. Question26
