what is the level of details that is expected for the hypothetical scenario? is the EC expected a proposal similar to what would be expected for a classical specific contracts?

As stated in section 2.5 of the Tender Specifications, the technical offer must cover all aspects and tasks required in the technical specifications and provide all the information needed to apply the award criteria. The technical tender must be based in the Hypothetical scenario described in section 3.3. The level of detail of the tender should be presented as if it was a classical specific contract.
