Question	3.4 Award „The explanations ... shall not be longer than 20 pages.“ How is a page defined? Is it physical pages or 1,500 characters? Do graphics add to the page count?
Answer	07/08/2020 Physical A4 pages or 1,500 character pages are both acceptable references. Graphics that are used to exclusively answer questions concerning the quality of the tender should be part of the 20 pages.
