Subject	Submission of hand-signed original documentation
Question	The letter of invitation asks that hand-signed originals of the tender report and declaration(s) of honour be forward to the Commission with one day of the electronics submission. Due to the COVID-19 crisis and offices still being closed and restrictions on movement still being in place in some regions (often at short notice) could the deadline for submission of hardcopies be extended or waived.
Answer	13/08/2020 We will allow one extra week in order to send the hand-signed originals of the tender report and declarations of honour by post.
