The Tender Specifications do not mention the format in which the financial offer must be submitted. Are we to use our own format, or should we use the budget template form B8i (from the PraG)?

The Contracting Authority will evaluate the reference price, which must include all the requirements of the tender specifications, as per section 4 (Financial offer) of Call for tenders COMM/2020/OP/0001 Target Audience Analysis for Communicating Europe. The price, including a breakdown of costs (for each requirement) as per section 4 (Financial offer) of Call for tenders COMM/2020/OP/0001 Target Audience Analysis for Communicating Europe must be uploaded in eSubmission. There is no template provided for this purpose.”
