Selection criteria - number of CVs and projects
For the CVs and projects required per the selection criteria, is it required to have 3 unique CVs and 3 unique projects per criteria? Or is it feasible to have the same CV and/or project covering multiple selection criteria if the scope of those covered these?

Over criteria T1 to T7, the 3 unique projects may be the same in each separate criterion, i.e. in theory the tenderer may have completed only 3 projects to date, and refer to those 3 projects under each criterion. There is no minimum number of CVs, so hypothetically for each of the criteria only a single qualified expert could be identified, in reference to all of the 3 completed projects.
