Question details
Availability of inputs from NASCET project
The objectives of this Project are related to those of a previous contract managed by European Commission, named NASCET (Navigation Authentication through Commercial Service Enhanced Terminals), according to the available public references of this project (See article “Testing receiver resilience against signal replay attacks” presented to the “International Technical Symposium on Navigation and Timing (ITSNT) 2018, 13-16 Nov 2018, ENAC, Toulouse, France). Since the results of this project are the property of the European Commission: would these results be available to the successful contractor? If the answer is yes, at least the available results should be known by the bidders at the time of preparing the tender, in order to be able to prepare the most efficient proposal in terms of performance, schedule and cost.

Dear Sir, The European Commission considers that the tender documents provides the necessary elements required to prepare a tender. However, in order to facilitate the tenderers the access to results of the NACSET project that may not be in the public domain, the NACSET Final Report, which contains an overview of the project results, is made available as Annex 10 under the document library.
