Scope of analysis
In the Tender Specifications, you are mentioning gender identity as one of the grounds of discrimination to be covered. What do you exactly mean by gender identity? In particular, would it mean that discrimination on the ground of sex is included in or excluded from the Review of equality data?

The target groups in the review of equality data when it comes to discrimination on the grounds of gender identity are transgender and transsexual persons. Data related to equality between women and men are not part of the analysis and tasks foreseen in this tender.
