Regarding clause “2.1.7. Stand–by System (outside the guarantee period)” of the “General Terms and Conditions for Information Technologies Contracts”.
As no Products with a guarantee period are in scope of the RFP, can you confirm this clause is not applicable? If you cannot confirm this, can you please: - Clarify the definition of complete system outage. Is it only applicable if a redundant solution has been ordered? - Clarify which annex is referred to in the last sentence of clause 2.1.7. Thank you

The purpose of the current call for tenders is the acquisition of services as described in the procurement documents. For services, the paragraph 2.1.7. is indeed not applicable.
