clarifications (ISO 17025)
Criterion T2 "Compliance with the standards ISO 9001 - 14001 - 17025 -17034 "Among the documents supporting documents are required that: "members who do not have the required certification must submit a declaration stating that they undertake to operate in accordance with said certification; this applies also to subcontractors". We highlight that the ISO certification 17025 as well as the ISO 17034 certifications refer to products, specifically to the production of gas mixtures, category 3. Therefore, it is not understood how the members of the grouping and / or the subcontractors, which do not produce these products (each component the group and subcontractors has a specific role in production of products and the provision of services) can make a declaration of operating in compliance with a standard, ISO 17025 which implies the possession of specific tools and skills technical and scientific that has nothing to do with the object of their business. We therefore ask you to clarify that the ISO 17025 must be owned only by those within the group dealing with the supply of mixtures, exempting the other consortium members and subcontractors from the declaration.
