Signature of documents
Tender specifications requires in item 4.3: “All documents must be signed by the signatories (when they are individuals) or by their duly authorised representatives.” However, many documents are copies of documents prepared by entities other than the tenderer, or excerpts without a signature. This applies to the excerpt from the commercial register, the copies of the profit and loss accounts, CVs, and the copy of the English language certificates or equivalent documents. Is it sufficient to provide simple scans of these documents, or is anything else required for such documents?
