Experts criterion A2 – Admin requirements
In relation to criterion A2, we will be including experts (covering the main four topics of the EIC OTF 2.0 targeted trade fair) from various sister companies in our proposal. Could you please confirm whether we need to provide administrative documents from all these sister companies (declaration on honour and adapted Annex 5.2 and per your answer to question 5)?

Considering that you will rely on the technical and professional capacity of sister companies/subsidiaries belonging to the same group, the economic operator shall submit for all sister compagnies: - customised Annex 5.2 Letter of intent for third parties - A duly signed declaration on honour - Annex 2.1 Statement on turnover if it contributes to the financial capacity.
