Budget for Travel expenses
is it possible (and how) to budget travel expenses for the hypothetical scenario (for field visits, face-to-face interviews, etc.)? Besides, is it only possible to budget two person-days for meetings in Brussels (Annex 9)? thanks

The article 2.6.1 indicates: "The tenderer has to offer a unit price for each item of the price schedule. It also has to complete the estimated person-days according to the data it provided in the Technical Offer regarding the hypothetical scenario. Finally, it has to specify the price for a one-day-meeting in Brussels in the Commission premises" and " The quoted prices for the person-day and for the one-day-meeting per person in Brussels are all-inclusive and cover all the services to be provided under the specific contracts and all charges (including all direct and indirect costs related to the execution of the services and travel and subsistence expenses). Concerning the second question, your interpretation is correct
