Budget
Regarding the budget: The maximum budget stated is 600.000 euro’s. Are we correct to assume that for a given port the maximum allotted budget is equal to 145.000 euro’s if all the tasks would be performed?

The current increase in the global budget available under the current procurement is due to the extension of the scope of the contract also to the Enlargement countries. Considerations about the estimated value of the procurement are subject to the contracting authority's discretion, being the decision based on a number of elements such as budget availability, total volume of the services, scope and duration of the intended contract and previous experience.
