Dear Madam or Sir, - Can you confirm that Public Bodies, such as Universities, do not have to provide a "Financial and Economic Capacity Overview Form". - Shall the "Security Information sheet" be provided only by potential contractors from Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Slovakia or shall it be provided by all the potential contractors. We confirm that Public Bodies, such as Universities, do not have to provide a "Financial and Economic Capacity Overview Form". However in case of joint tender, the combined capacity of all members of the consortium and the identified subcontractors must comply with the minimum levels of capacity indicated under point 3.5.3 of the tender specifications. We confirm that the security Information Sheet shall be provided only by tenderers (or member of the group in case of a joint tender and subcontractors) established in Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Slovakia.
