In the tender specifications the Total Qualitative Points are supposed to sum up to 100, however the subtotal of 35, 30 and 30 would just sum up to 95. Could you please amend 3.4.1.

Indeed there is a 5 point shortfall. ENISA will therefore standardise the existing 95 points up to 100 points, which means that each sub criteria will be increased by the same percentage (1.05263) to total 100 points. max points for Sub criteria 1: 36.842 (from 35) max points for Sub criteria 2: 31.579 (from 30) max points for Sub criteria 3: 31.579 (from 30)
