The Invitation to Tender cross reference the "Contract Document" several times, but I could not find the Contract Document in "Document Library" tab. Can you provide support to identify the referred document?

The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The contract notice 2020/S 187-448166 was published in Ted 25/09/2020, the link can be found in tab ‘Data’ under section ‘Notices’. All the remaining documents can be found in the 'Document library' tab.
