Could you please confirm that, in case of identified subcontractors or entities on whose capacity is being relied for the fulfilment of the economic and financial capacity criteria, no evidence that the person signing the declaration on honour is an authorised representative of the entity shall be provided? In the table provided in Annex 1, the relevant cells are not marked with an X. Thank you very much for your attention.

Dear Sir, Madam, In reply to your question, we can inform you that there is indeed no need to include evidence that the person signing the declaration on honour is the authorised representative of the entity but this evidence can be requested at any time. Best regards, DG EMPL
