Extension of deadline
In the light of the complexity of the legal and technical requirements, in order to be able to supply the European Commission with a proposal which complies to the RFP and delivers the desired value, we would like to ask the Contracting Authority to grant an extension of the deadline of minimum four weeks. Otherwise the chances are real that we will not be able to submit a proposal. Given our strategic relationship with the EU Institutions we thank you for your kind consideration.
