As indicated in the TENDER SPECIFICATIONS Part 2: Technical Specifications Chapter 4 Tasks, “The contractor shall conduct a survey addressing urban mobility for a minimum of 20 EU cities, and from different EU Member States.” The geographical scope of this survey is limited to the EU Member States.
