QUESTION 1: With regard to the am subject, can you please specify what are the financial resources which will be assessed on the basis of the technical award criteria (5.3.1 - 3.2)? QUESTION 2: Can you please confirm that technical tender and price offered will be assessed separately?

ANSWER 1: This point aims to assure that the allocation of financial resources are properly shared in between workpackages following a sound and finacial management principle. The information required in Part 2 section 4.3 is essential. ANSWER 2: The tenders will be assessed according Part 2, Section 6 of the Tender Specifications: "The contract shall be awarded to the tender offering the best value for money".
