Evidence to demonstrate experience in drafting reports
Question
Section 3.2.3 of the tender specifications state that the tenderer must prove experience in drafting reports and recommendations for public authorities dealing with environmental noise action plans for airports. We have references that demonstrate our ability to draft reports and recommendations for airports dealing with environmental noise action plans, as well as references that demonstrate our ability to draft reports and recommendations for public authorities working on noise action plans not necessarily for airports. Would the Contracting Authority accept these as meeting the requirements?

We assume the tenderer refers to the first part of Criterion A 1: "The tenderer must prove experience in the field of drafting environmental noise action plans for airports (...)" In that sense the Tenderer should have been himself the entity drafting the action plan for the airport authorities and not just any generic 'report or recommendation'.
