Compulsory site visits for lot 1
With reference to the participation in tender “Training in fire prevention in Luxembourg (lot 1) and first aid in Brussels (lots 2 and 3)” 2015/S 067-117245, please to provide us with information if we are eligible to participate in the above mentioned tender , having in mind that we have not attended the mandatory site visit according to item I.7 of the EN-Annexe I.C Cahier des clauses administratives - COMPULSORY SITE VISITS FOR LOT 1).

In order to make a valid offer for lot 1 of tender OIL/06/PO/2015/016 - Theoretical and practical fire prevention training – Luxembourg, tenderers must have attended a compulsory site visit in Luxembourg, as provided in point I.7. of the administrative provisions. Upon request, the Commission could consider the possibility of organizing an additional visit. The validity of an offer for lots 2 and 3 is not conditioned to attending a compulsory visit, given that such a visit has not been scheduled for any of these lots.
