Tender Specifications: Section 2.4, page 11: "The contractor should provide the minutes of the meetings no later than 10 days following each meeting”
Could you elaborate on what you mean by “minutes”? Do you expect a professional typist to be present?

Minutes should compile only the main conclusions of the meeting. If the contractor takes some notes during the meeting we don't see any need for a professional typist to be present.
