In Section 1 it is stated that when the Decl on Honour is signed by hand, the original must be sent to the Commission. It also states that no other documents than the DoH should be in the letter. What about the originals of the Letter of Commitment, Power of Attorney etc.?

Only the original(s) of the Declaration on Honour are to be sent by letter, not other documents. "No other documents" meaning no supporting document(s) to the Declaration on Honour shall be sent at this stage.
