Eligibility
We have been engaged in a contract with a Feasibility Study (FS) and a Detail Design (DD) scope. We were the ones performing 100% of the FS, and our leading partner the DD. Our share based on the performance activities, was therefore, lower that 51% of the total contact budget. Accordingly, would you consider this part of the project as an eligible reference, being higher than 500K€ and being performed completely by our company, even though we have not been leading or having 51% of the general contract?

Please refer to the revised version of the Instructions to candidates. The candidate can refer to a part of a service contract successfully completed and implemented as a member of a consortium with a minimum participation of 50% of the contract, or part of a contract. Therefore, based on the information provided and without prejudice to the decision of the evaluation committee, the reference mentioned in the question would be eligible.
