The Contract Notice, the invitation letter and the A5F 'additional information' are the only documents related to the first phase of the tendering process. Please also refer to https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:622839-2020:TEXT:EN:HTML The Terms of Reference and other details will be provided during the second phase of the tendering, only to the candidates that will be shortlisted at the end of the 1st phase.
