Does the tender require a complete reprogramming of the existing P2P-dlls available for Harmonoise/Imagine and NMPB 2008, or is it possible to use the existing code?

The tender leaves it open for the applicant to choose what resources to use, provided that they are consistent with the description of the propagation method(s) referred to in the tender. Specifically, reference is made not to Harmonoise/Imagine, but rather to the specific descriptions of the propagation calculation methodology as in the annexes to the tender, as follows:" The code implementing the propagation method shall thus implement and provide the option for calculation with the three methods as follows: the first is that specified in Chapter VI of the JRC Reference report on CNOSSOS-EU; the second that specified in the Chapter V of the draft JRC reference report on CNOSSOS-EU version 2d, 28th May 2010; and the third that described in the ISO 9613-2."
