Technical Assistance on Compliance Review and Monitoring of the EU Support to Social Inclusion Programme, Albania -
Regarding the COVID-19 implications, we recently submitted applications online instead of sending them via post or courier service. Could you kindly clarify whether an online submission would be also possible or if the application has to be send via post or courier service.

As per Article 19 of the Additional Information on Contract Notice - How applications may be submitted, applications must be sent only via post or courier service, or hand delivered. Applications submitted by any other means (including online submission) will not be considered.
