Documentation and dissemination of the tender project
Question
How will the tender project be documented and disseminated to the existing CNOSSOS-EU Working Groups (especially WGs 5 and 8) and to other stakeholders parties like JRC? Will they be able to continuously follow the progress of the tender and will they have the possibility to intervene if they have the feeling something is deviating from previous agreements and from the strategy concerning CNOSSOS-EU?

All results will be public. As reported in the tender: "The proposed software design shall be consulted with the Commission in the context of one meeting after 2 months of the signature of the contract, and again another meeting after 10 months of the signature of the contract, for the required refinements on the software itself. The first (beta) implementation of the software should be ready and delivered at month 6, so as to allow the Commission to examine the software and provide its feedback on eventual corrections." In such occasion the Commission may consult with appropriate set of technical experts to fine tune the technical choices.
