A. You ask for a price per day. You decide how many hours interim staff will have to work per day. The hours worked per day can also differ because of different workloads. Therefor it is customary to agree upon a price per hour. Do you agree to a price per hour for all lots? B. If no, does a working day always consist of 8 hours? C. We assume that travel cost can be invoiced separately. Is that correct?

No, the tenderer must give the price per day as indicated in the Pricing Form. The standard working day is eight hours as per the contract Art II-1. Europol calculates the working week to be up to 40 hours excluding lunch breaks as per the description in Section 4.5 of the Tender Specifications. All interim services will be carried out on-site at Europol’s Headquarters on Eisenhowerlaan 73, 2517KK The Hague. No travel and related costs will be reimbursed.
