About Evidence for Selection Criteria
Question
One of the main selection criteria for the tenderer is having participated in "at least three projects in the last three years in three EU countries with a minimum value for each project of €50.000". A Business Strategy Consultancy exclusively participating as Exploitation Expert in a big-sized RTD project can be considered as a valid reference in the field of "Support to the exploitation of RTD Results"?

You should fulfil all aspects requested within this criterion quoted in the point 2.3.2.1. of the Tender Specification (publicly funded research and development results or activities in the technology areas covered by FP7 and Horizon 2020 and working in English, C1 level of CEFR; at least three projects in the last three years in three EU countries; minimum value of each project of 50.000€). If your participation in this 'big sized RTD project' entails exploitation advice in three countries, in the last three years, and with € 50,000 or more in each country, that would qualify. Further on in line with the Art.148, par. 6 Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 "An economic operator may,…, rely on the capacities of other entities, regardless of the legal nature of the links which it has with them….".
