Would it be possible to expand on the information that should be included within these fields for Annex E?

It is up to the tenderers to decide on the information to include in Annex E Complex Evaluation Reference Form within the limit of maximum 2 pages per reference. The sector and product scope should be in line with the selection requirements and description of the services provided in Section 1.7.2 b) of the Terms of Reference and Section 2 of the Technical Specifications. Only complex evaluations that are relevant and can be verified will be taken into consideration.
