Could you please clarify : 1) what total amount should be entered in the eTendering portal? 2) does financial offer needs to be transferred in pdf and signed and consist of two pages - Index page and template page? 3) Can it be signed using advances electronic signature?

1. The total amount to be inserted for each lot is the "Amount used for best quality-price ratio calculation" in column C of the Index page of the financial offer. 2. Yes the financial offer should be a signed pdf of the index and template pages. 3. Yes, electronic signature may be used.
