In the 2.4.4.2 Technical and professional capacity, the requirement is to proposed one team member for each criteria B1-B4. Could you please clarify whether we are flexible to propose more than one team member for each criteria B1-B4 ? Many thanks for you answer.

Yes, additional team members may be proposed. The minimum selection criteria indicated in the tender specifications must be respected.
