In one of your answeres you specifed: "Each project will be served only once (through a specific contract) and for a single and most appropriate task according to its technological readiness level". Does it mean that an already served project can be served another time in another specific contract? For example, can a project with TRL 6 request an ESS in a specific contract and than a BPD in another service contract?
