Completion certificates
Regarding your answer to question 6 concerning ongoing projects and the need for completion certificates - we have several very relevant projects that have been ongoing for several years and are just coming to an end (in July, August and September 2015) – we expect that it will not be possible to obtain completion certificates from the clients for these projects in the time available to include them in the proposal. Under these circumstances, would you consider them being provided at a later date?
