Event costs
You state under task 2 in the specification that no accommodation, per diem or transport costs of the participants should be included in the offer, however do you require the event venue and catering costs to be included in our offer? And if so, how many participants do you envisage attending each of the “in-person” events?

The 'in-person' events should include refreshments and/or catering. The exact number of participants should be established during Task 1, and should include the stakeholders already mentioned in the specifications. For their offers, the tenderers should envisage a minimum of 20 to 30 participants for the 'in-person' events.
