Question	In the contract notice the time limit for the submission of tenders is 3.9.2012 - 16:30 whilst in the invitation to tender this time limit is set to 3 September 2012, without a specific time. Please specify which of the two time limits has to be respected.
Answer	17/07/2012 The time limit for submission of tenders is 3 September 2012. The hour at which a tender is submitted will be disregarded.
