6) Could you please clarify the reason for providing facilities? Do we have considered the facilities costs included in the economic offer or they will be paid separately, at reimbursement?

Facilities will be provided by the contractor for learning activities outside EFSA’s premises. The cost of these needs to be included in the cost of the relevant activity, e.g. Training delivered off EFSA premises, Master classes, Management retreats as a lump sum, please see the financial offer template
