E-Voting Solution
When you request the description of the methodology to respond to the following scenario for a business request by Cedefop, the scenario proposed is for a e-voting solution. Does this solution need to considered to be usable for electoral purposes ex: a countries parliamentary elections or can we consider a simpler scenario for CEDEFOP only?

The e-voting solution, suggested in response of award criterion no 1, would be used by Cedefop for tasks related to its mandate and its day-to-day operations, described in the Tender Specifications (e.g. ‘Introduction to Cedefop’, ‘Section 2 – terms of reference’), such as Staff Union elections, Management Board voting on strategic management issues, etc. The tenderers must pay attention to the required elements and characteristics mentioned in the award criterion 1 column ‘information and documentation to be provided in the technical proposal’.
