Dear Madam/Sir, could you please confirm that, in case of subcontracting, the following documentation should be submitted: - CASE a) Subcontractor company: Annex 2 + Annex 5 ( only the second section) + Annex 7. All these docs signed by the legal representative of the company. Moreover, all the involved employees of the subcontracting company should individually sign Annex 5 (first section)? - CASE b) Individual expert as subcontractor: Annex 2 + Annex 5 (only first section) + Annex 7. All these docs signed individually. Best regards

The documents to be provided in case of subcontracting are: a)If the subcontractor is a company then: •Annex 2: to use standard form for private/public entities accompanied by all the requested supporting evidence •Annex 5: i.1st part for each member of the team whose the tenderer submitted the CV, signed by the expert. ii.2nd part for each subcontracting company, signed by the legal representative of the subcontracting company •Annex 7: filled in with the information of the subcontracting company and signed by the legal representative of the subcontracting company b)If the subcontractor is an expert (individual) then: •Annex 2: to use standard form for individuals accompanied by all the requested supporting evidence •Annex 5: i.1st part for each expert whose the tenderer submitted the CV, signed by the expert. •Annex 7: filled in with the information of the expert and signed by the expert. In addition, we would like to inform you that in case of subcontracting the Annex 4. Questionnaire for joint bids and/or subcontracting should also be filled in.
