Yes. The full sentence reads: 'The contractor will make an evaluation of the available knowledge on impacts of, and vulnerability and adaptation to climate change in the infrastructures resilience, compiling available knowledge and evidence (publications, finished projects, technical guidance, etc.) on effects of climate change on infrastructure resilience and adaptation measures.' However, any relevant interaction between infrastructure and for example vehicles is not precluded if this is of added value to the evaluation.
