Question
Can we receive more details on how the voting system is organized now: Is there already a technical solution in place? How many users vote/will be voting? What data exactly needs to be tracked? Are there different forms of voting (ballots, polls, and surveys)? Should a third party be involved for the management of the system and analytics? Thanks ahead for any details you can offer!

1) No, there is no technical solution currently in place. 2) The number of users would be relevant to the size of Cedefop, i.e up to 120 users. 3) The “data to be tracked” are to be proposed by the tenderers in their technical proposal. 4) The “different forms of voting” could be any. 5) Regarding the possibility for a “third party be involved”, it is up to the tenderers to propose what they consider to best comply with the requirements stated for award criterion 1 in point 5.1 of the Tender Specifications.
