Dear Sir/Madam, Could you please clarify what is the time limit for receipt of the hand-signed original Declaration on Honour? Should it be delivered to the contracting authority's postal address by the time limit for receipt of Tenders (23/06/2021), or we will be able to send it by post on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 and be delivered to the contracting authority's postal address in a couple of days later.

The hand-signed Declaration on Honour must be sent by post to EU-OSHA at the latest on the first working day following the electronic submission of tender.
