Clarification of role of referenced organisations.
The Tender specifications state 'The ESTEAM Fests must be organized in cooperation with active members of WEgate, Women@EIT and EEN, which shall have an active role in this action.' Does this mean that the above mentioned organisations must be part of the consoritum / subcontractors? How should we understand 'active role' in the context of this tender application?

The economic operators are free to choose their consortium partners and the subcontractors in the project. ‘Active role’ means that among the participants at the Women ESTEAM Fests there should be, among others, active members of WEgate, EEN networks or Women@EIT.
