I have just downloaded the file < EN-Annex 5-Financial Bid-template-2015-006-REV-27072015.doc >, and it does indeed include the reference to a Tagging study in the header of pages 2 and 3. In itself, this poses no difficulty to us. Our difficulty is to understand how to complete the table. Yes, we do still need an answer to our previous question.

1) We confirm that for Work package 2 tenderers are expected to enter just four unit prices: Event from 10 to 50 participants; Event from 51 to 150 participants; Event from 151 to 300 participants; Additional package of 20 participants 2) We confirm that Subtotal (2) is the sum of these four prices 3) If tenderers consider that they have to add new lines to the table for the daily rates of all profiles needed for Work package 2 (as well as for translation, c.f. QA 13) it is clearer if they add them in the category "Other costs", as already indicated in the answer to Q 12. However IT IS NOT mandatory to add lines for all WP2 daily rates in the table in Annex 5 4) Subtotal (2) will be the sum of the three prices for the events + the price for the additional package of 20 participants. No weighting has been defined for them.
