Dear Sir/Madam, The "Tender Specification" document states on page 10 under 1.1. Volume and value of the contract that the estimated total amount of all purchases under the contract is EUR 260.000. Is this the maximum amount that is acceptable, i.e. will tenders with a higher value be rejected?

As indicated in the Tender Specifications under Point 1.7. ‘Volume and value of the contract : how much do we plan to buy?’: “The estimated total amount of all purchases under this contract is EUR 260.000.” Tenders with prices higher than the estimated total amount will not be rejected and will be evaluated.
