Task 4 implementation
Question
Dear Sirs, in the TOR, pag 13, is mentioned that under Task 4, the contractor will support the Board of Coordinators and cluster working groups in their specific tasks, analyse the content of the GDC projects and provide relevant information on them to the Commission. Do we correctly understand that all the information need it to implement Task 4 will be published under the pages created by the EC? or will the EC directly send the information to the contractor in order to be able to do the analysis and assesments? Thank you in advance.

The contractor has to execute all activities listed under TASK 4, in particular the analysis of the content of the GDC projects and the provision of relevant information on the GDC projects to the Contracting Authority. The input for this work will be mainly taken from insight gained through the management of the Clusters and their Working Groups, as well as from other information sources. As listed in section 2.4 a) to c), the contractor is expected to undertake a consolidated analysis on highlights, results and impact achieved and knowledge produced from the GDC projects; a joint impact assessment on the contribution of the GDC projects on the goals set out in the European Green Deal; and a thorough consolidated analysis of business models, investment and financing solutions and approaches, supported by real-world examples and practical guidelines. The contractor will undertake this work autonomously and acquire the relevant information from contacts in the cluster participants and other sources. In accordance with point d) of section 2.4, the contractor will also provide ad-hoc input to the Contracting Authority on different topics. These topics will be determined by the Contracting Authority and communicated to the contractor. The information source will vary, dependent on the subject of the request. Therefore, we cannot confirm the understanding of the tenderer that information provided or published by the Commission will constitute a substantial information source for Task 4.
