Financial Ineligibly and Joint tenders
If submitting a joint tender, do all entities need to meet the financial eligibility criteria, or is it sufficient that only one of the 2 entities does?

The financial eligibility criteria apply to the consortium as a whole. Therefore, it is sufficient if one of the two entities meet the financial eligibility criteria. However, all entities need to submit the Financial and Economic Capacity Overview Form.
